    The National Weather Service In Denver Has Issued A Winter Weather
    Advisory For Snow...which Is In Effect From Midnight Tonight To 6
    Pm Mdt Wednesday.

    * Timing...precipitation Will Develop Around Midnight...with Snow
    Level Around 7000 Feet. The Snow Level Will Lower By Morning To
    Around 5000 Feet. On Wednesday...the Snow Level Will Rise To
    Around 7000 Feet By Late Morning.

    * Accumulation...storm Totals Of 4 To 8 Inches Are Likely Above
    7000 Feet...with Locally Higher Amounts At Higher Elevations.
    Below 7000 Feet...accumulations Up To 4 Inches Are Possible. "

    Gotta love CO weather!

    at least this will hopefully lead to a slower runoff & avoid some flooding. As a boater as well, I'd sure prefer to not see the outrageous levels come & go quick compared to a steady even ramping up.

    Flurries this afternoon up near Echo Mountain on Squaw Pass Rd... but the temperature was still comfortable.

    Ft. Collin's officials are already recommending anyone near the Poudre to quickly buy "Flood Insurance."
