    29er / SS Need advice.

    Gearing recomendation. First time on ss/29er. Anything ya'll would like to share would be apreciated. Build is gonna be a VOODOO dambala 29er.

    I would suggest 34 X 20 or 22.

    I just got going on one recently too. I've got a 32x18 on it and it feels pretty good. A lot of my backcountry riding buds are on 32x22's, but that's for mostly steep and primitive terrain. We were riding in your neck of the woods tonight, I think 32x18 or 20 would be good for me for most of the stuff up there. Try to get a couple of different cogs to play around with. I'd say 18, 20, and 22.

    Thanks. ANy other helpful hints about SS 29er's. Bout the only thing I know is to Mash the $hit out of the pedals and that momentum is my bestest friend.

    Can't wait for this bike to kick my A$$.
