and a link to the snowpack report to see that some of those dates could be later this year with 30-40% more snow than average...

    Trestle is hiring:

Summer Bike Patrol TRY-OUTS are April 5th! Exact Denver Metro Location still to be determined. If you would like to attend the WP Bike Patrol Try-outs you must 1st complete an online “Mountain Bike Patroller TRY-OUTs” application online at Employment . Spend your summer on Winter Park’s 40 miles of mountain bike trails and take advantage of all of the perks that come as an employee of the resort. The primary responsibilities include responding to all first aid emergencies on the alpine slide, mountain bike trails and base area, and performing routine trail maintenance.

This will be my first year coming to Colorado to ride bike parks. Early July timeframe; is there a group lift pass or anything like that to buy that'll cover more than 1 park? We want to ride Trestle, Keystone and possibly Granby. Or do we have to buy individual daily passes? Were looking at 4 days of riding. I did not know if parks teamed up with each other or not?

They do not, with the exception of Angel Fire (NM) and Trestle (CO).

Keystone has offered multiday ticket discounts in the past and may do so again this year.

If you buy a 5pk at Keystone you get 4 "ride with a friend" tickets. Typically $10 off. Equals out to about 9 tickets for $30 each.

Are any of the bike parks gonna have "enduro" lift tickets available? Or just "downhill" ?
The older I get, the faster I was.

    From the rumor mill.

    https://www.facebook.com/noah.priege...nt_id=69411963

Rumor has it from a sort of inside source that Keystone Bike Park will be building a few more trails this season(up to 6 possible). Building wont start until August, but they are making every effort to get open as early as possible. I encourage all my DH friends to buy a Keystone pass this year to express interest and show that people want to ride there because it is awesome! My source says they will try to remove snow to get trails open ASAP if the forest circus lets them.

I was going to buy a 5pk. I haven't bought a season pass at Keystone since 2007. For those who don't remember that was when WP had Boulevard and Long trail only. Sol Vista didn't exist yet and the only other game in town was Vail and they did $11 tickets if you had a winter pass. Angel Fire had 4 runs; UP/DOWN XC course, DH and SuperD (what?! oh yeah I mean ENDURO).

From this moment on, I will avoid saying the word "Enduro" at all costs, and cast shame upon others when they do so.

Yeah, a solid month before anything in CO. Combine that with a closing date in late October it makes the drive and a season pass worth it.

I've had a pass at AF 3 times in the last 5 years. Probably going to do it again.

I was living in Glenwood Springs 2 summers ago which meant Snowmass was my main resort, so all summer I kept asking when they were going to complete the addition to the expresso trail that was supposed to allow access to the old race course. First it was July, then August then next season, but they were "super close". I was back for a week last summer and decided to check it out, went and asked the "bike patrol" guys and nobody had a clue what I was talking about. So I don't see it happening any time soon.

    The answer is Yes.

    UPDATE:

Monday June 02 and Tuesday June 03, from 3:00-7:00 PM, Mojo Wheels will selling Trestle Bike Park passes. Use this time to avoid the lines and be shreddy on opening day.
