Cool - are you stalled on the spine in that pic, or does it just look that way?

As long as my leg is all back together I'll definitely make it. It's still kind of a mess, so I'll have to see.

    Nice shots, thanks ETR!

just looks that way. sometimes stills are more flattering than movies, this is one of those cases. It takes a bit of getting used to, i thinks its almost like a nose tap that the bmxers do over some of the boxes; kinda bringing the back of the bike forward while dropping the nose with little front wheel forward motion. This was my first attempt.

wed nights for starters...schedules up on their website I think:
    http://www.xgamesskatepark.com/denversessions.html

Also, the morning sessions during the week are supposedly combined per the dude who works there....supposed to be dead then.
The more out of shape you are, the steeper the hill looks.

Looks much better than my first attempt - mine ended with me laying in a heap @ the bottom of the transition. It helps if you hit your rear brake as you leave the lip, it'll push the front end down better.

Nice pictures, I am looking forward to going this next Weds.

Why is that Grant guy always laying around in his pictures?

Next week i'm bring a boom box and a large piece of cardboard so he can teach us some break dancing. I thought that was what skate lids were for anyway.

Ahhh, but how 'bout the park in Montrose. A lot closer than Denver, but probably colder at 10 PM on a wednesday night.

That's what I was thinking - "No - that's not masonite behind me, it's the ceiling of the skatepark"

My mad camera skills makes it look like ETR knows what he is doing. I should be there next week. The knee is healing up well. It's much easier to bend today. ETR don't let me forget my pads next week!!!!!!

    No armor - bad

I'm not doing any fun riding on a bike anymore without wearing leg padding. I'm out for 1 1/2 to 2 weeks because of a simple pedal-slip. I'm too old and don't heal like I used to!

Good God man - bite your tongue! It's common knowledge that the average male doesn't hit his physical prime until he's 55....

Ummmmm.... I think it is inversely proportional to the age of the woman the man is with? I guess that is how you are doing your math? That would work for me too, I'm 31, she's 25.
