Would I benefit from upgrading to a Pike fork?

I have a 2012 Rockshox Revelation RL on my Stumpjumper Evo. I'm about 240lbs pre-gear and ride trail/AM terrain.

Any heavier guys out there who have spent time on a comparable fork and went to something beefier? My current fork has 32mm stanchions and the Pike has 35mm IIRC.

I went from a Fox34 Float to the Pike RCT3 SA on my Yeti SB95 and it made a HUGE difference in a nice linear progressive action, particularly on rollers and jump faces.
