    Trek Fuel Bikes

    How many of you CLYDES riding Trek Fuel bikes?????

    me just got the ex 8 29er

    did a 17 miler on it and cant wait to ride it more

    having the suspension tuned at Fox

    Rode an 08 ex 8 for three years. Broke the rear triangle twice. Trek covered it both times. Loved the bike. Upgraded to a 2010 remedy 8 for more strength and find it to climb better too. The talas fork makes all the difference in the steep stuff. The remedy is awesome all around. If you are a Clyde I would recommend the remedy.

    what are your thoughts of the 29er? I've always ridden a 26er and have been told the 29er will make me feel alot more at home on the bike. I'm 6'6 and 220lbs. I was looking at getting either a merida one twenty 500 (26er) or the 2014 trek fuel ex 8 29er. The only factors being $1,000 price difference and wheel size for me....

    Just ordered Fuel ex 8 29 so that's what i think about the bike test rode the ex 7 and 8 couple times before making up my mind. So plush and so nice. Pick up my bike next week when i get home from vacation

    Trust me, you were MADE for a 29er! (or the 29er was made for you) I am the same height and have been on one since '07.
