Hi! I am asking here instead of the training forum because I thought more of you here may share my experience. I am 5'9" 250 lbs. I have been mountain biking for many years but never really "trained" per say. Using a Single Speed It seems like it is all interval training. So I have been going at it every other day as taking it easy seems to bee out of the question. Does this seem like a logical way to "train" with a SS? I have been going at it pretty hard and I am into week 3. I am getting results and feeling good. The ol' legs are getting pretty heavy feeling some days. I would appreciate any input. Thanks! ---Mike
