    need a strong ratchet
    broke xt hub. the spline part of the hub body were the cassette body slides on to rounded off.
    might send back to shimano

    Been fine on my commuter bike for this tall clyde (since spring, about 500mi). But, it doesn't really get hammered as hard as a trail bike. Kinda loud, not King loud, but loud. It does not "feel" to be quite XT quality either.

    Mine was built up with some leftover 36H Alex rims I had.

    I really like halo stuff, only used the spin doctor but awesome.

    It was the fastest hub I have used (apart from the saint I bolted in last week).
    Very strong, I have have about 7 hubs in the last few years, the only two I did not break were Chris King and Halo.

    The two problems were the slow engagment (now fixed with Pro) and the fact it does not come in 150 (which is why I have saint.)

    You should like this hub.
    Why would I care about 150g of bike weight, I just ate 400g of cookies while reading this?
