    Right foot going numb

    hello everyone,
1st post for me so I thought to make is about my biggest problem.

I find that after about fifteen minutes of riding my right foot/toes go numb. It is very uncomforatable.

Anyone have a similar experience or know how to correct the issue.

I use to ride with the Specialized cleats about $90 and I had the same problem.
Now I ride with Shimano MT40's (or something like that)there about $50 and look like regular shoes. I am 601/240lbs.

    Any help will be appreciated
    Thanks

    Possible issues:

poor cleat placement combined with no float
saddle too low/high, too far forward/back
shoes that don't fit your particular foot properly

    Try CaveGiants advice first.
