    Noob Needs Help with Brakes

Just hoping someone can help here:

    Getting a Kona Explosif 20" Frame and a P2 29er Fork

Just curious if the frame and forks can support a 203mm hydraulic disc brake both front and rear.

    FRONT Hydraulic - 203mm - Elixir R/X7

    REAR Hydraulic - 203mm - Elixir R/X7

Not familiar... is it a Carbon fork? Also, Ive been told the power of the brakes has a lot to do with it too, not just rotor size. I have a S-Works Stumpy with Carbon Fork, and recently upgraded to Magura MAG SL Brakes, and was told by LBS to not do a 203, that it was too much for my fork. I went 180 and it still stops hard enough to rip my head off.
