So, the other day I was browsing around the App Store looking for a food log/exercise log for my phone. I came a cross several, many that you have to sign up at a webpage and pay a monthly fee. Also featured is one that is made/sponsored by the Livestrong foundation. I figured this would be a key app due to it sponsor. Nope, garbage, and at $3.99 also. I continued to search and found a FREE App called "Lose It!" This app is very powerful and more extensive than most all the other pay for apps. I've been using it for a few days now and I have had zero complaints.
So, if you're sick of writing in a food diary (If you use one) or want to start keeping track of your intake vs. what you have burned, it's a great app to have.
