Full DH specific rig or an all around that you can race dh as well? Reason I ask is that there are a couple of options for XL size freeride bikes. DH specific will have 3 sizes if you are lucky, some companies only do long and short sizes. Maybe Santa Cruz will release an XL V-10, I think Minaar and Peat are both on custom frames due to their height.

if you want more specifis the frame fits my size well. it weights 14 lbs alone maybe this will help you. because you are worried about frame you can get componets anywhere to build up from that.

If your budget is high my friend thats 6'7 rides a trek session 10 large and it fits him. He rides that on sunrise south mountain etc.

    Large SX Trail 24.2in eff-TT

Ventana La Bruja 23.9in eff-TT, but custom sizing is available. I had them make my X-5 with over a 25in TT length for a small upcharge.

The Turner DHR is a DH rig, not as good of an all around'er
If you can find an XL Highline that would be the ticket, but that is a fairly rare beast.
Or you could wait for the new RFX to hit the market with over 25in in the TT, but it is more on the trail side than the dh end of the spectrum. Similar to a Nomad, it is capable of DH riding and racing but not a cush as a longer travel heavy hitter.

Another option is to snag one of the XL VP-Frees that is floating around. There are still some NOS around. If I had more DH and aggressive riding locally I probably would have snagged one of them off e-bay a while ago (I didn't see any currently there though).
