32. Returning to cycling. Started last year, but due family problems stopped for too long. Highest weight in the past few years has been 250. Dropped down to 215 by July 2011. Back to 230 by the end of the year.
2012 I'm planning to complete a 50 mile race, 2013 looking forward to at least one 100 mile race. I get very little support at home from an apathetic wife. So need someplace to post my minor to most, major to me, accomplishments.
Up to this point have not dropped weight, but I believe its due to fat getting turned into muscle again. Pushing my body fairly hard, and needing the calories to make sure I don't "bonk" and maintain the level of training I'm starting to do. Goal is to get near 100-140 miles per week. Further training plan to come from here to race day.
New Years Resolutions nothing with alcohol, and being on a bike at least 183 days (at least one day over half the year). 2011 I managed to survive the year without soda or energy drinks.
