    I need your help fellow Clydes...

    I just started a blog to track my weight progress.
    I'm putting in a table and graphing online for your viewing please EVERYTHING that I eat and drink plus my daily weight and exercise regimen. The only way this is going to work is if I have support. Stop by and leave a nice comment on my main page.

    Thanks for your encouragement...ummm.....

    Anyway. I would do that except for the fact that I would only have forum people viewing my progress. I want my family, friends, and fiancee to have a regular way of checking up on me.

    Seriously, thanks for the idea. Even if it wasn't the most encouraging.

    I just reviewed your blog, great job. I use a combination of aerobic exercise and biking to keep my weight under control. You have dropped some pounds so keep up the great work and ride, ride, ride!
