I use a Big Sur. I was using it at 320 pounds with a 56" chest. Fit fine. I am down to 250 with a 52ish inch chest and it fits even better now.

I'm 6'3" 53-54" chest, 300lbs geared up. I use a Camelbak Lobo. A lot of posters on MTBR roll their eyes at CB but I have been very happy with both the fit and the function.

Go to a store and try them on. The hip belt will be the biggest issue. I use an Osprey Raptor 14 and have an Osprey Manta 36 I use for hiking and both are GREAT and good for my superclyde frame.
    Fat guys need bikes too.

I just got a Osprey Raptor 14 after years of wearing a Camelbak. The Osprey seem to have a tighter waist belt. The magnet thingy for the mouth piece doesn't work for me either. It keeps getting pulled off, but that could just because of the way I wear my pack.

    I'm 6'1" 280, don't know my chest size.
