    ...and here she is:

Two rides down here on Long Island and so far so good, although I missed a marker today and wound up only doing 2 miles out of 5.8...oh well, back at it soon.
Very happy with the purchase of the 2013 Cannondale 29er Trail SL2.

Please pay no mind to the ugly guy with the bike.

Nice bike. Great to see another Long Islander on here. Where do you usually ride?

I just started and live close to Edgewood. I'll be doing most of my stuff there to get my feet wet. Been there three times this week, once solo...and yes, I missed the markers and completed less than half the loop.

I have yet to try Edgewood. I usually ride at Bethpage. I may head up to Stillwell for a bit of a change. Keep up the riding and maybe we'll cross paths on the trails some day.

Nice bike. Nice to see another ugly guy standing next to a 29er and makes the 29er look normal size (did a race a month ago and pic taken by photographer made it look like I'm still too big for my bike )

And as said, careful its like crack, the more u do it the more ull want it.

You should visit Cunningham Park (Queens). There's a group ride every Sunday morning (PEAK Mountain Bike Shop). Great bunch of peeps and rides of all levels!! .. Trust me, lots of fun!! ... Take a look at CLIMBONLINE.ORG (site for LI Mountain Bikers)

    Good Luck and Safe Riding!!!

First thing I did prior to even getting my bike was joining CLIMB...bike in shop for first service and my back is on the mend. I will take that advice and head out when I can for the group rides.
