    Cannondale Rush 29 1...clyde friendly?

Asked in the Cannondale section...no help, so I'll ask here.

I'm just wondering if anyone has experience with the Cannondale Rush 29 FS bike and thoughts? Just trying to figure out if it was a clyde friendly FS option. I'll be asking my LBS as well but not sure when I'll be in there next.

hi there!!! Try to get the bike`s manuals. There they have specs for max weight. I weigh 300lbs and i ride a Flash Carbon 1, its max weigh is 300. I dont puish it Brian Lopez stile, but i do ride it a lot and after 600 miles it hasnt even gone out of true. I would check the rear shock`s specs as i had trouble with rear shoxs in the past. the rest should be ok. Sometimes cannondale gives max weight beyond the parts manufacturers limit. For example my bike is max wight 300 but Stans arch ex weels are somewhere around 250.

Yeah, I ended up with an F29 Carbon 3. Picked it up today actually. My plan is to keep dropping weight and as a reward for hitting my goal I'll get my first FS bike...probably a Scalpel or whatever new XC race oriented FS bike Cannondale has at that time.

The speed save rear stays combined with a tubeless 29" is so soft tonride, I dont think u need a FS unless u ride some serious DH sections, bumpy trails or like to pivot a lot. IMO most FS pivot, even more with a big guy on board.
