Learn the art of arm warmers, knee and leg warmers and how to overlap enough so you don't let the cold in at the joins.
Under Armour do some good stuff that comes up big, as do some of the Nike base layers as well. The further it gets from summer, the less cycle-specific my clothing becomes.

Old Navy has a good selection of Tall clothes. So does JC Pennys. As TTUK said, it doesn't have to be cycling specific, just not cotton.

I would highly recommend the knickers from Aerotech. I have a pair and love them. They are long enough to cover your knees which helps immensly with warmth. I can ride down to about 30 F with knee warmers, knickers, base layer, arm wamers, and a vest. My vest is a cheap windbreaker from Walmart with the sleeves cut off.

Any other recommendations for bike shorts? Other than Aero Tech Im not finding much for baggy, padded shorts that fit Clydes, esp the 3-4x sizes.

    Thanks!

    I am 6' 7 230# with 39 inch sleeve.
Well I like the lycra short that are separate of the baggy short. (More options)
I don't like the all in one.
My choice are Sugoi lycra shorts and then a baggy short that I find to work for me.
Now that might not help those that don't fit into XXL.
Our club is getting a order through CODE performance clothing which might work someone and they have bigger sizes. Not sure of cost when ordering small orders.
