Any Clydes riding a Trek with the CTD?

I m 6'1" and 255 lbs and was wondering how big of jumps you guys are hitting vs what setting you are using on the CTD. I am getting more confident in my riding but don't want to damage the shock or fork in the wrong setting. On the little single track near my house I usually just run the trail setting and it seems fine doing the 1 to 2 foot jumps. Any input?

I believe it shouldn't matter between T and D, you'll get all the travel one will just be a stiffer than the other. C setting should have a "blowoff" that will keep it from blowing up if you hit a jump and use the travel. If I know I'm heading down a trail with some jump I reach down and switch over to D setting just because I like the plushness off it.

Any Clydes riding a Trek with the CTD?

6'4" and 275. I ride a 2014 Trek Fuel 8 29er and I've gone off 3--4 foot drops with no problem. I keep my setting in trail all the time.

My current bike--2014 Trek Fuel EX 8 29er.

6'6" 240, my last bike (Superfly 100) had one... left it on trail all the time besides fire road climbs and to test descend enough times to know it (descend mode) was awful. It would DIVE through the travel then get really harsh. Trail mode was a bit better supported but also not plush compared to the Pike on my new bike (to be expected, but still).
