Looking for a stoker stem for 31.8 bars...Big Dummy

Hey guys... what stoker stem do you use for your Big Dummy? I'd like to get one that will fit the standard 27.2 seatpost but allow for 31.8 clamp bars.
    Thanks for the feedback.

I use a standard Salsa stem with a seat post shim. I had to cut the shim down but it works.

I used the stock 120 mm stem from my CX bike with a shim. It's a 6 degree. I'd prefer something with a little more angle/rise but it works.

If I were buying one I might consider one of these: ~$30, 17 degree, 130 mm

Amazon.com : Control Tech One 17-Degree Road/Mountain Bike Stem : Bike Stems And Parts : Sports & Outdoors

But...I doubt you could beat this deal: $7, 8 degree, 130 mm

Unsolicited advice. I highly recommend an inverted road bar as a stoker bar. You don't need a super long stem to make it work. More options for your passenger and gets their hands out from under your butt. Got the idea here:

Thanks for the advice guys. I have about 6 stems laying around, one of which is a Salsa Pro Moto 120mm. It was intended for 1 1/8" steerer tube. I'd love to use it on the 27.2 seatpost. What do you guys use for a shim?
RE: Bars, I've got a few of them laying around as well. I am thinking of adding my Bullhorn bar (Tree Fort Bikes - Online Bicycle Parts and Accessories, Bicycle Tools and Maintenance) and taking sdwhitey's advice and invert them.

    shim for stoker bar stem

    I used one of these:

Universal Cycles -- Problem Solvers Seatpost Shims

    size should be 27.2 - 28.6

double check my math but 28.6mm should equal 1 1/8 inches

The shim was longer than the stack height of my stem so I cut the shim down so that it's sharp edges would not be exposed.

I think the inverted bullhorns are a great idea.

Here is what it looks like. Silver sliver above the stem is the top edge of the shim.
