    Cleaning Freeloaders

After a winter and rainy spring of commuting my xtracycle Freeloaders are just about as muddy as you'd expect. Anybody see any reason I can't just throw them in the laundry machine to clean them? Seems like it should work.

I just looked on Xtracycle’s website and did not find anything on how best to clean them. I wouldn’t just throw them in the wash—I’d was them by hand with some mild dish soap and cold water with a soft-bristled scrub brush.
