    cargo bike or just plain crazy

    went garage sale hunting around town on my bike and couldn't pass up the deal for this tool box. i was going to call for a pick up but decided to buy some rope at the yard sale and haul it home. http://bostonbicyclemechanic.blogspo...-portland.html
