    Thule T2

I have the older model t2 that doesn't have the integrated cable lock. Is it possible to buy this piece separate and install on my older model?

The real question is, why would you want to? A scumbag theif can defeat that POS Thule cable with a stick of chewing gum and harsh language.

Just do a proper lock... a nice thick covered chain and beefy locks to the chassis of your car... a good quality tight U-Lock around your back wheel and frame so there is no room for a tire jack in there. Heh... probably cost you less, too.

I always thought built-in rack locks were silly. They're usually really flimsy, and can be defeated with a big screwdriver and a pair of vice grips. CRICK! Gone!!
