Looking for front wheel carrier for Thule (15mm Axle and QR)

I have been looking for a wheel carrier to mount on my Thule rack to get the muddy tires out of my car and save room. I found the Thule 593 but all them state quick release only. Anyone have a front wheel carrier that fits a QR and Axle? Thanks.

You'll need a fork up adapter.

We have a fork up for the bike itself. I am looking to keep the front wheel using something like a Thule 593 on the roof as well but can't seem to find anything for an axle. They all seem to be QR only.

I hope someone has some method as I'm tired of the same myself. I thought about trying to rig one up by using a rear skewer with an open cap and getting some of those 15mm adapter bits but would prefer a better solution if at all possible.

I am surprised no one has made something at this point in time unless we are missing it? I have a Golf TDI and putting 29er's in there takes up too much room.

Get some 15mm or 20mm to QR adapters, and a QR.

Are you using those end caps outside of your 15mm end caps?
Or do you replace your 15mm end caps with these, the same way that you would if you would ride the wheel?

Im trying to figure out a time efficient solution to this problem.
I dont want to be replacing endcaps before and after every ride, every day...

Unfortunately you have to swap the end caps but it only takes a few seconds. I think the benefits of getting the wheels out of the car is well worth it.
