XLR 29er Lefty lockout not working

So the other day I went to ride and noticed my fork was locked, tried pushing the XLR button nothing happened still locked. I adjusted the "gate" knob all the way opposite the arrow and was able to unlock the fork but the button only had about 1/4" of travel hmmm went home and bleed the lockout got two bubbles out of it and the locker worked fine with the "gate" adjuster in any position just like it did when the bike was new. today went to ride and guess what first time I pushed the locker nothing happened had to do what I did before turn the gate adjuster all the way to lock/unlock the fork. No signs of oil any where on the outside of the fork or push button. Is it possible the oil is leaking and going inside the fork? Are theses things rebuildable? Anybody have any exploded view of the lockout?

Hows the weather been? humid by chance?

Long shot but I have noticed my brakes tighten up with the hot humid weather lately.

You did a complete bleed of all fluid? Possible water has gotten into the bottle.

The XLR lockout for the fork uses 5wt suspension fluid so I don't think moisture is a problem but either way I used oil from a new bottle
