Wind Disc Ti rear hub - gone after too SHORT!

I have my Scalpel 2000 no longer than 2 months. I have not been riding any excessively (500-800km) and the rear hub is gone. Strange sounds followed my ride yesterday and when my LBS opened the hub for inspection today we were all amazed! Ball bearings spread all over the inside of the hub, some of the balls were ground to strips and some were gone. I will need to get a new bearing. I could not find any tech data sheet on Wind Disc rear Ti with specifications on bearing rings which are used in the Wind Disc ti hub. Can any one help, please?
It is a bit problem with spare parts from Cannondale in my country - only one dealer, takes ages before he orders and overpricing is his selling technique! - so I would like to find an alternative, there must be a bearing ring which will fit the hub.
    Thanks

They are made by Formula this year, so you might check with them and yes, these hubs are bad!

The 2 worst decisions from Cannondale for 2005? 1. Getting Formula to make their hubs (heavy, slow engagement, short life span), we miss DT Hugi. 2. Specing Maxxis High Rollers UST 2.35 on many bikes that should have XC tires on...

It doesn't matter much for me now that I changed the whole wheelset but I'm anxious to see the 06 range and specs...

I don't know but there is a bunch of dealers in CZ and of course only one distributor - that's the way it is in every other country. As for the prices, I think that you are looking too much in the US pricelists - prices are mostly the same all over EU so I don't see a reson to blame the distributor. If you have problem w/ your DEALER then try to get in touch with DISTRIBUTOR.
