    wierd vibration!

i have a jekyll 900sx 2001 and sometimes when im riding i get this wierd vibration which i just cant seem to locate. The bike has got a headshox lefty on the front which i run at about 130psi and a fox float rc on the back which i have at 200psi. I dont seem to get the problem at the beguining of a ride but after a while i start to hear a rattle when going over small bumps and can feel vibration through the whole bike which is a bit un-nerving to say the least. Ive checked all the bolts are torqued right on the rear suspension mountings and pretty much everything else, but can find no source to this problem. Anyone got any ideas its driving me mad

    Check your wheels/tires

Given everything you have already tried, I'd suggest you check your tire pressure or if you've developed high/low spots in the tread. You might also see if your rims are true.
