Why doesn't Cannondale make a minus 15 degree XC3 SI Steerer?

Seriously, judging by photo's I've seen I'm not seeing how -5 is going to do it on a Flash 29'er..

The problem is not the stem, it's the wheels!

    Funny.

But really, it seems I've been looking at team and pro Scalpel's for years running more than -5, so it's not like there aren't a few people out there who could use it.

It's actually not the wheels, since people have been running 700c on Bedford hardtails since the Volvo/Cannondale days. It's the Tires!

Seriously though, I'm wondering if I should be patient and see how the Medium works with the -5/120 or just pony up now for one of Eliflap's 1 1/8th wondersteerers? There's no way to tell from photo's and geometry charts is there?
