I've had problems with collapsing lefty PBR 29er. The mechanic in the bike shop replaced the air solo with something I've never seen before and I can't seem to be able to find on the net.
Have you seen this before?
Product Metal Material property Cylinder Steel
Product Black Grey Plastic Still life photography
Product Photograph Lens White Camera accessory

I'm asking because the shock is still collapsing.

This sounds very good. Thanks for the reply.
As I wrote, the sagging is still not resolved. This is why I've got a new oil cartridge. Now I need to move all Solo Air components from the old one. How can I improperly install the new Solo Air X piece? It seems to me it can be done only one way.

So wait, you got a new damper to solve a sagging for issue?

That's like replacing the whole wheel because you have a flat.....

If that one is still sagging, the shop needs to pull it, get credit, and install a fresh one. Sad to say, but manufactured products sometimes aren't right, out of the box. New one should put it right, as it is the sole cause of this phenomenon.

Still problematic? Might be time to find a shop that understands the system better, I say that based on the part where a new damper was installed to solve this issue.....
