    What ever happened to CODA?

Did Cannondale stop making CODA parts? Do they make any components any more?

Coda was just a name. The stems, handlebars and such are now labeled Cannondale, they dropped the Coda branding a while ago as it didn't have a too good reputation.

I never had serious problems with any Coda stuff, hubs were made by DT Swiss, my old saddle is still light and one of the most comfortable I ever had, I bent a chainring once but that can happen with any light alloy ring. Never had the Coda disc brakes though...

I still run my CODA expert brakes.

They went back on my bike instead of BB5 ( wich I absolutly hate )
Still good brakes and still very light in todays standard , they are high maintenance though.....

I have a CODA 900 crankset with bottom bracket that's just about to go back into service. New 25x37 bearings and it's good to go.

CODA stuff is as good as anything else. i didnt have good luck with a pair of expert brakes, but they just drove me crazy, still worked though.
