Weight limits on Flash (29) and Lefty? Above 200lbs riders aout there?

    Hi there,
I am still fixed on the lefty concept and the Flash Carbon bikes, in particular the 29er versions.
However I am around 200lbs (90kg) and was wondering if there are any weight limits on the Flash Carbon or the Lefty forks?
Or who else is around or above 200lbs (90kg) and has experiences with the Flash/ and or Lefty?

    Thanks in advance!
    Oliver

I'm 250 and the lefty is still king in my book. Love the fork and wish I could get it to work on a few other bikes I own. As far as the flash 29, I broke a frame within months of it being new but it was a aluminum frame and not carbon.

Yes, there is a weight limit.

    300 lbs (136kg) rider
    5 lbs (2.3kg) Luggage

From the Flash owners manual found on the Cannondale website.

Watch and draw your own conclusions.
Forks are for eating, Lefty's are for racing,

95kg's here plus gear and no issues on Carbon flash 29er..... just pump my fork up a bit harder than the set up guide so it's not as soft when out the saddle climbing.

I was told by Cannondale 300lbs plus gear. He said that the heavier your are the shorter the service intervals. It is one of the main reasons I purchased my Scalpel 3. I was at the limit of my Spark 940 and it had me worried.

Got to say, the Scalpel is much more fun to ride and is much stiffer laterally! And the lefty!!! Wow, it actually goes where you point it. While the with the RockShox you sort of suggest a general direction to go and the RockShox decides for you!
