Big flops. They dont hold their value. I have seen secondhand ones on ebay selling for as little as 1600. Thats nearly a 3000 loss. Alot of your money down the drain under 6-7 months of buying the bike.

    Another example of Cannodales overpricing.

If you are not going to try to be helpful, get lost. Go back to the Trek, I mean Klein board.

    I was being helpful fool!!!

I was saying that this model is not selling at alot. If he had grand dreams of selling it at 75% of its intial value then he would be mistaken.

Damion you are not even worthy of the Ventana forum so dont insult someone who is giving an honest opinion.

KA, I guess you really do live up to your name, the 'attitude' bit. Not for one second do I believe that that's supposed to reference a bike model. You are hardly being helpful, not here, not ever. Not in the Cannondale forum and certainly not at the Trek forum. What you do is make us all sift through the negative trolling just to try get your point. If you really wanted to be helpful, you'd help offer up the facts, rather than spend 99% of your reply crapping on someone or some bike make and 1% offering up a smattering of far-from-profound content.

Do consider this a friendly suggestion.

    sorry!

I did not mean to start a thread war! I will probably try to list it here on the mtbr classified for something near 2800.00 then work it from there. And yes it is in PERFECT condition. Thanks for the input (most of it!:})

I am sure that you figured that one out. I hope that your queston was dealt with. Later.

Kurt, why are you selling your 04` Team Scalpel?
I am really interested in hearing somebodys input or output about the Team Scalpel.

I own a 04` Team Scalpel and a 98` superV with a jekyl swingarm (4 7/8" of rear travel now) and swapped the carbon lefty from the Team Scalpel. I put a Ultra DL headshok with the SL catridge on the Scalpel. Makes more sense to me to have the 110mm fork travel on the bike with 125mm rear travel.
