Thinking of Switch Lefty to Fork temporarily

I've got to send my Lefty out to get service, but I miss riding my Prophet.

I was wondering, is it worth it to have the 1.5 to 1 1/8 conversion cups?

I was just going to run my Marz Drop Off till I get my Lefty back from Mendon, and maybe switch forks when I'm doing more aggressive free-riding, but use the Lefty for XC and or all-mountain related junk.

    Thoughts?

The conversion cups are only 25 bucks.

25$ is not that much but I'm not sure I would want to bother to switch the fork too often. You'll have to take off the headset and press the other one in, transfer the front brake, align it...

The cups are actually for the Steerer, the simply make the steerer larger. Therefore, no changing or pressing of the frame cups is needed.

Either way...I'm not so sure I want to do it either.

Yes but while the Cannondale frames are OnePointFive compatible, the steerers on the Lefty or Headshok is slightly bigger, something like 1.53 or 1.57, I don't remembers exactly. That means the internal diameter of the SI headset is not the same as a 1.5 so 1.5 conversion cups wont work, you would need Lefty sized adaptors, not sure it exists.
