    Spec for 2011 Flash 29ers?

I know the catalogs are out there and spec is finalized, but Cannondale stubbornly refuses to update their website. Does anyone have, or have a link to, the spec for the 2011 Flash Carbon 2 and 3 bikes?

    Thanks!

This is the Canadian Carbon 2.

No specs on the 3, I wasn't interested in it. Ignore my scribble, it does not relate to the stock bike.

Awesome, thanks a ton! Looks like you're planning a few upgrades..... I agree that X.0 would be nice in a $4000 pricepoint hardtail!

Just as an information for americans looking at specs: while canadian bacon is not like standard bacon, Canadian Carbon 2 is the same as American Carbon 2... And even here in Canada, we eat good old standard bacon, maybe smoked with maple...

Wasn't sure if specs were the same or not, and now I want a bacon sandwich.

Hey Driver Bob, just curious but how are you going to SS it? Eccentric BB30 adaptor? If so, which one? That'll be a badass bike!

Had a couple of ideas for the BB30 but it appears that the bearing circlip in the carbon frame cannot be removed.

That eliminated sleeve and FCC EBB option and probably the teambeer eccentiric EBB30.

At the moment I'm going to use the stock hub and a Rennen tensioner .

Once I settle on a ratio which works for this frame (and I save up some more $$) I may end up going WI ENO eccentric hub.

The team beer EBB isn't ruled out but I don't know if one has ever successfully been fitted to a Cannondale carbon mtb frame. Another reason I may go ENO is that I have a Ti 386 ring on order for the factory crank..

Also I may fit the KM058 headset reducer and run my Niner carbon fork for some races !!

Lots of ideas but until I get the bike and some other parts to hand it's all pie-in-the-sky !!

    That's me

2011 will see me back racing a Cannondale (most of the time).

Do the Dirty Fleas still self disintegrate under a decent amount of power?

I used to have to replace the aluminum freehub body on my sun dsc1-xc more often than I had to replace my chain.

We'll find out soon enough but hopefully not during a race.

$4000 as far as I know. Like the spec, but think I may change out the cranks. Not crazy about that proprietary 386 3-bolt chainring thing, I'd rather have options when I need new rings....

I am getting a ring made by Hellore Industries to fit the bolt pattern. I was also concerned about the zero availability of aftermarket ring options but Mattias will machine Ti rings for a very very good price.
