    Scalpel shock bolt sizes?

While doing some maintenance on my trusty Scalpel, I somehow misplaced the shock bolts somewhere in my garage. Does anyone know what sizes they are? Is the top and bottom the same?

No better way to find the old ones that to go out and buy replacements

    Perfect!

Thanx! I couldn't find a schematic like that on the US C'dale site... didn't think of looking on the European site.

    Thanx again,

    Scalpel Team 2003

    Dan

You may have more skill than me at finding things. I'm looking at buying a second hand Scalpel Team (2003 model) for use as a commuter and also to complement my Prophet in the dirt. In other words I need a new toy !!!!!!!!!!

I could find the specs on the web site but can't find out how much travel the Carbon ELO fork had. I assume it's probably around the 100mm mark.

How did the variable travel work - do you push the fork down while pushing the ELO button ?? I had ELO on my old Jekyll but it was not the variable travel type.

Any major things to look out for with this model Scalpel.

They all had variable travel, 100 or 80mm but it's not an on the fly thing, you need to pull the guts out and put some spacers that limit travel. By default, they were all set at 100mm I think.
