    Scalpel rear shock pressure help

Hey all you Cannondale nuts, got a quick question for you.

Recently set my old Scalpel up for my wife. It has a Fox RP23 with pro pedal. She weighs 135 +/-. What is a good starting point on pressure? Using the 25% sag rule, I am getting about 135 psi in the shock. Could it be as simple as a 1:1 ratio?

    Thanks in advance!!!

hmm, in some cannondale pdf files, you can fint that weight minus 30% would give about the right sag, but the best was is to test it

They say 25% sag on the scalpels equipped with the rp3 and rp23 shocks. With the propedal you can probably go a little softer if she doesn't ride down hill aggressively. It is not 1:1 however, I way 180lbs and I run 150lbs in the rp23. Something as little as stem length can add more or take away weight to the front of the bike which in turn can take away or add weight to the back of the bike
