Cool, bet those chainrings shift awesome. "What chainrings?" you ask. Good point I don't see any chainrings either.

I know there's a thread somewhere on the Light Bikes forum but can we have a direct link from wherever you got that picture?

I would love to see a spec list.

$5 says Eliflap could make it lighter.

    Stem/steerer
    Bar
tune the rear der. (at least jockey's)
    Eli's 150g egg beaters.

    EDIT:

    Found a few pics:

Congrat's to Mattias to getting the job of making the Chainrings for this super light bike!

    Some other Scalpel:

And, looks like a 29er 1 Hi-Mod with Edge (Enve) Wheels

I think the rims are AX Lightness. Just guessing.

    Edit : they're weren't 100 pictures and spread sheet when I posted. :P

That pic is such a tease for me. I have that wheelset sitting in my garage awaiting delivery of a Flash HiMod 29er. It's like a look into the (hopefully) not too distant future.

The tubular or clincher version? Pretty sure the show bike was set up clincher.

i would assume a weight limit on those wheels (24h front and back) and mattias can comment on the chainrings... but other than that, what else is questionable?

You can save some weight in the drivetrain: 1x10 setup, SEC shifters, lighter cranks...

sub7kg is doable but very expensive

Sebastian Roth is a wizard i think he's related or close to some shops/brands

so it's easy to have all the parts you need ... my wallet is related only to my poor bank account ...

last year did a Flash at Eurobike 2009 at 5900 g ... same rims as these on Scalpel
