same rims for '12 flash and '14 scalpel?

I have a 2012 Flash alloy 1 and I have the stock rims and tires as well as stans arch tubeless rims. I am going to pick up a FS soon and I am wondering if the stans would fit on a scalpel? If so I may also pick up a set of enve rims and using them on both bikes would be a plus.

You would need end caps for the Scalpel. The rear is 142 x 12, Flash rear is a 135QR.

As Flucod said, the rear hubs axle is different between the Flash and Scalpel.
So no, it wont work, unless you can find an adapter/axle converter kit specifically for your hub that will convert the hub interface from 135 QR (5 mm Quick release) to 142 x12 which is 12" mm axle.
These kits are specific to your hubs.

So the short answer: you cannot just remove the wheels from the Flash and install on the scalpel without modification.
The issue is not the Rims... but rather the Hub Axle specification which is different
