RZ 140 replacement headset for 1.5 steerer

I am unable to replace my top internal si headset bearings on my rz 140 as the headtube is ever so slightly deformed (don't ask), so I thought replacing the bearings with an external headset cup would fix the problem allowing me to continue using my fox forks. I've spent a couple of hours searching here and on the Web in general but don't seem to be any closer to an answer, so does anyone know if there is a headset available that will replace the internal si bearing and allow me to continue using my 1.5 fox forks or am I going to have to get a 1.5 - 1 1/8 converter and change my forks?

Sorry, i just have to ask, how have you managed to deform your headtube? Is this on a Carbon or Alu frame? Would a warranty claim not be worth a try?
