Rize 4 shock link bearing seating

Firstly, hello to all of you on MBR. I've recently bought my first "decent" bike and getting really into trail riding and downhill. Never had a full suspension bike before and this one o got off eBay is having a few issues.

The rear wheel has lateral movement, a small amount of play, and can be traced to rear sus area. There's definitely slight play where the shock link attaches to the frame. one bearing isn't quite so smooth but looking in good shape, although both don't fit perfectly snug when seated. Is this normal? Does the loctite cure this? I bolted it all together and the play is due to the bearing moving in it's seating.

    Hope someone can help

    Many thanks

Bearings should be fully seated, and there sound be no play at all in any parts of the suspension.
