Replacing Hydro line on Coda Expert Brakes

I severed the rear hydraulic line on my rear Coda Expert brake in a high speed crash last week and will need to replace the rear hydraulic line. (bike is a 2001 Jekyll) The kit to fix it from the L C'Dale BS is $35us. I believe it comes with the ferules and line and I'm not sure what else. Is this a reasonable price, and is it comparable with similar kits for other brake systems?

Is there another place to get everything I need to fix this?
Exactly what parts do I need to do this?
Are there any online references on how to do this myself?

I have Avid Mech's on order for the rear, but I'd like to take a shot at repairing the hydro's once to see if I can make them work like new again. I've heard it's not easy.

    Thanks.

it's not that hard. If you're struggling have a look at one of the big brake manufacturers web sites - most systems are pretty similar. If you take a pic or two of the parts in the kit and the two ends of the existing brake line - lever and caliper there's probably quite a few people here who could give you more specific help. I think I've got an old coda brake system in the shed somewhere....
