Prophet what size front deraileur to order?

I was going to order a front deraileur Shimano XT for a Prophet and was curious what size clamp and if it is bottom pull or a top pull?

u need an e type, the kind that mounts using the bottom bracket. Some guys have ground away material from the swing arm to make a clamp on fit with out hitting but not a good idea

Exactly what Sahara said. This is the E-type derailleur you will need. $40 bucks on Jensonusa.

If you got a dual ring setup...

Get the M665 SLX e-type. The cage is shorter and won't rub on your rear tire when in the granny. If you got a triple, the XT e-type would be the one for you.
