I am 1.78 meter (5,84) and wonder which frame-size suits best for Jekyll series.
Since I am new here this question might already be asked, or?

I'd go for a Medium. Cannondales have long cockpits so a large will put you in a very streched out position and a small will obviously be too cramped. I'm 5'10" and like the Medium Cannondales. But, you really should sit on it at your bike shop...
Ride your bicycle(s)!
Height is only part of the fit puzzle. Also very important are inseam length, torso length, and arm length. From experience I'd say that you could fit on either a medium or large depending on your torso and arm length. To further muddy the picture, riding style, personal preference, and terrain will also factor in. Best to try both and pick the one that feels best to you. For the record I'm 1.80m and ride a large, but have short legs and a long torso, and like a long cockpit.
