New Trigger 2 Carbon frame Paint Flaking

I just bought a new Trigger carbon 2 frame from the bike ship yesterday and when I got home, I realized the paint was chipped/flaked off near the seat post. It is about a 1 inch chunk.

Have a friend who works for cannondale and I was told bikes are on a hold till mid June due to quality issues. Guess you just found the issue! I have a trigger on order so I'm a bit bummed. I would take your ride back to the dealer, sure cannondale will take care of you.
