New question here. New Lefty Oliver on Cannondale Slate BLOCKED like a rigid fork???

I just got a new Cannondale Slate out of the Box and the Oliver Lefty on it does not move one bit. I can do whatever i want its just stuck. Remove preassure with or without the lock it stays rigid as a rock. I already called in for Service but im curious what the Problem might be.

Anyone an Idea. I guess something is blocking the needle bearings.

Have not found anything similar to this on the Web. Either i am "lucky" and should start playing lottery or there was someone sleeping at the QS/Assembly at Cannondale.

Have you toggled the lock/unlock button on top of the fork?

wait.............Your cdale came out of a box? or was that just a figure of speech saying it is brand spankin new?

I ask because rarely do you get a cannondale in a box. at least in the US, you normally have to got through a dealer. Said dealer should take it out of the box for you....
Lead by my Lefty............... right down the trail, no brakes.
