New Lefty compared to old- ride quality?

Our demo fleet is 2-3 years old, so all of my riding experience on a Lefty is on the older design. I love the small bump compliance, lateral rigidity, performance under braking... pretty much all the benefits of the platform.

I'm assuming that, if I order a new Flash (haven't actually ridden a bike sold by the shop where I worked in several years, time I changed that...) the new design will be less small-bump sensitive due to the new lower seals. Everything else, like the new bearing placement and lack of an accordion boot, is awesome, but I'm concerned about the suspension performance.

Anyone care to share their comparisons of the 2 designs?
