Need help: Mounting a carbo lefty...

I just received my 1FG frame and Carbon Lefty ELO.

Unlike my old regular ELO, the carbon lefty triple clamps (btw, why are these called triple clamps?), are "glued" to the carbon leg, so there is no way to adjust the distance between the two clamp. On the regular lefties, the top clamp is actually removeable.

So... now it seems that the distance between the two headset bearings on the 1FG frame is shorter than the distance between the two clamps on the Carbon lefty... (the silver lining is that it could have been the other way, then I'd be really toast...). Anyone has had some previous experience with that?

It looks like I am going to need a couple of spacer, any suggestion on where to find some?

I had a similar problem with a 2002 (grey clamps) carbon elo a few months back, the 2 clamps were 5mm wider apart than any other carbon lefty i had ever seen. I ended up stacking a few of the Si bearing dust caps to eliminate the space between the bearings & clamp. How bizzare I thought only i had those abnormal issues?
