    Looks gorgeous.

I assume the bike is going to be raced?

I'd go with some Stan's wheelset and X.0. XX if you feel like dropping some serious dough. What ever you want for brakes, but my vote goes with Hope. I said good bye to Avid when all the turkey gobble issues started.

    Post pictures when its complete!

-Enve or Stan's Crest rims with the hubs of your choice, super comp or aerolite spokes.
    -Hollowgram cranks.
    -XX Drivetrain
    -Formula R1 brakes
    -Carbon bars to fit
-Maxxis Ikon 2.2" Exo or Schwalbe Racing Ralph 2.25" Snakeskin tires, should work out for a fairly flat free race season.

Should put it at just over 19 lb flat with pedals. If you're on a budget, the drivetrain would be the first place I'd save $ and go X.0 or X9 before downgrading cranks or wheels.

Are you racing Saturday? I actually recommend you build the bike up extra heavy, that could help my 2011 race results.

    What did that run you?

Curious as to what that fame-set set you back and what was the lead time to acquire it?

Oooooh, naked. That porn makes me horny and wanting to get some of my own...

XX, Enve wheels with the ugly decals off, Racing Ralphs, I'd like to try the new XTR brakes (R1 are so so IMO, XX too...), Eggbeaters 11... switch the post for a Enve too. Just ideas for a guy with a good budget.

Brentos, It was a freak "double ship" situation, I was just in the right place at the right time.

It came as a complete, I just stripped it down and many of the parts are on ebay.

    I'm thinking:
    XX rear der
    XX cassette
    Forumula R1 brakes
    Stans Wheels
    Eggbeater 11s
    I-link cables
Already put the Edge/Enve bar on
I was also thinking about one of these custom saddles: http://www.saevid.com/Imagenes/fotos_S1.htm
    anyone have experience with them?

Wicked bike. I'm not going to bother suggesting parts, you already know the good stuff.

can i post a question here? i don't want to create a new thread just for one question...
I ordered a 2011 Flash Carbon 2, and it supposed to come with 100 XLR Alu lefty. I already have a 110 DLR SL Carbon lefty - cab i replace the stock one with the carbon 110mm??? Will it make any difference? 2011 Flash has slightly different geometry from 2010 Flash, does it mean that it was designed specially for 100 travel, and not 110???

Yes you can replace it because the carbon structure is the same. The axle to crown is not changed.

    2010 Lefty Speed 110mm telescopic length 695mm
    2011 Lefty Speed 100mm telescopic length 695mm

Only the 29er Lefty axle to crown has changed for 2011

    Build is almost done.

    Question:
I have 160mm hope floating rotors front and rear. Formula R1s should be ariving this week.

Can someone help me with brake adapters. Looks like I need a 180 IS up front? and a post mount in the rear. Is that right? And which post mount for the rear? Links would be super helpful!

    Thanks
