    M300 question

    Hi Everyone,
I have a 12 year old rigid M300. I've put huge number of miles on her recently after getting back to cycling after a long dry spell due to medical stuff. I ride it hard enough to need a front shock. What should I put on it? And how? It climbs really well so I'd like to keep it and put something on to take some of the edge off. If it's a lost cause I'll save up for a new bike and put slicks on the old girl and take her to the store. Thanks!

you might want to save up for a F7, it will be a better deal in the end. the m300 can be upgraded with shocks and such., but it will still have old components.

Thanks for the advice! I actually have worn out and replaced many parts with xt already so not so huge an issue. Oddly, the Alevio hubs have not given me any trouble yet.
