    Lefty Sizes

    Are the small medium and large sizes of leftys referring to their travel, 100 110 130 , or the corresponding frame they should be used on?

    No and No,

    Leftys don't have a size like that. They have a travel number. The frame it goes on has max axle to crown that you should stay bellow.

    So, you shouldnt stick a 140 Lefty Max PBR on a Scalpel. Can you? Yes, but it voids your warranty and will ride funny.

    So, the size frame doesn't really dictate the lefty travel, the model bike does.
    Scalpel =110 mm lefty
    RZ120 = 120 mm lefty
    RZ140 =140 mm lefty.

    Some of the older leftys had different firmness springs in them depending on the frame they went on. However, they travel was all the same.

    I hope this helped, it's kind of ugly how they have all this lefty stuff set up.

    Some XL C-dale frames have a taller headtube and a different Lefty.
